Supervision
Are You a L.A.C. in Arkansas? Join Our Supervision Group!
Becoming a counselor is a journey. It’s a sacred responsibility and a profound honor. If you’ve completed your Master’s degree in counseling and are seeking a Board-Approved Supervisor, I would love to partner with you on your path to licensure.
The associate years can be filled with imposter syndrome, uncertainty, and moments when the weight of responsibility feels overwhelming. You are learning to hold real stories, real trauma, and real lives — often while questioning whether you’re doing enough or doing it “right.” You deserve a supervisor who offers both clinical wisdom and genuine support. I walk beside my supervisees, creating a space that is grounded, ethical, and safe — where questions are welcome, growth is nurtured, and you never have to carry the work alone.
I am a Board-Approved Supervisor for new therapists in the state of Arkansas, and I truly love my supervision group. We have become a really sweet and supportive community to one another as we grow in our skills and confidence as clinicians. We typically meet on Friday mornings, and it has become a meaningful and grounding space for many of us. If you’re looking for a supervisor and a place to belong while you grow into your work, I would love to hear from you!
